Teretha A. Gardner was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland. Upon graduation from college, she transitioned to North Carolina to start a teaching career. For two decades, she has served as an educator with the NC Public School System. Her knowledge and expertise in establishing positive and meaningful working relationships bring tangible benefits she shares with everyone she meets. 

 

When people ask Teretha to describe herself, she will tell you first and foremost, she is a child of God and her life’s mission is to leave the fingerprint of service on the hearts and minds of everyone she connects with. She is a spirited mentor and educator inspiring others to live from a place of purpose. Her life story is a testament to how the favor of God can transform anyone’s life. Teretha finds joy and excitement in the opportunities each new day brings.

 

Teretha also serves as an Independent Contractor with Allen Tate Real Estate. When she is not preparing to market a property or close a deal, Teretha can be found leveling up her knowledge by attending a variety of seminars and workshops to give her a competitive edge in the Real Estate industry, expanding her reach by working with neighborhood youth through a variety of community outreach programs, or enjoying the wonders of nature on a trail ride with her husband and her favorite horse, STARR.

 

During the course of her career, she has served as a role model and trusted adviser, influencing the lives of hundreds of young people and she is well on her way to achieving her life goals of becoming a successful author and entrepreneur. She is encouraged every day to stand on her tip toes and stretch to towards greatness.
